Is the balcony private or shared?
Each studio apartment includes a fully private balcony with a panoramic ocean view, exclusively for your use.
How close is the nearest public beach?
While you have direct waterfront views, a beautifully maintained public beach with swimming and water sports facilities is just a 5-minute drive away.
Is there daily housekeeping?
The studio is professionally cleaned before your arrival. For stays of more than 5 nights, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning is included.

Hotel Terms & Conditions

1. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in Time: From 3:00 PM onwards.

  • Check-out Time: Until 11:00 AM. (Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges).

2. Security Deposit

  • Damage Deposit: A fully refundable security deposit of AED 500 is required upon arrival. This will be collected via credit card authorization and will be refunded upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

3. House Rules

  • Smoking Policy: Strictly NO SMOKING inside the studio. Smoking is permitted on the private balcony only.

  • Pets: Pets are not allowed in this property.

  • Events & Noise: We request our guests to maintain quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
