By using the Solo Realty platform, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Rental & Vacation Home Rules

1.1 Booking Standards

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM.
  • Security Deposit: A refundable deposit (AED 500 – 5,000) is mandatory.
  • Cancellation: Full refund up to 14 days before arrival.

2. Property Sales

2.1 Listings & Accuracy

  • Property data is updated dynamically; however, physical inspection is advised.
  • Solo Realty acts as a facilitator between buyers and licensed agents.

3. General Conduct

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all units.
  • Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • No parties or large gatherings are allowed without prior written consent.
