1. Check-in & Check-out

Check-out Time: Until 11:00 AM. (Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges).
2. Security Deposit

Damage Deposit: AED 5,000 is required upon arrival. This will be collected via credit card or cash and will be refunded upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

Smoking Policy: Strictly NO SMOKING inside the penthouse. Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor terrace.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed is 16 (12 Adults, 4 Children).

Events & Noise: Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Parties are strictly prohibited. Adherence to all JBR building association regulations is mandatory.
